The Autoloading System for Sizing Press is an advanced automation station designed by Tri-Dot Solution to feed sinter metal components seamlessly into high-tonnage sizing presses. It eliminates manual intervention, increases productivity, and ensures operator safety.

The system features quick-changeover tooling capable of handling 15 different varieties of sinter components with an ultra-fast cycle time of just 3 seconds per component.

Equipped with integrated checking stations and automatic ejection/sorting mechanisms, defective or misaligned parts are rejected before reaching the press tool, preventing costly die damage.
