The Cassette Pressing Conveyor is a cleanroom-compliant automation system engineered by Tri-Dot Solution specifically for the diagnostic healthcare and medical device manufacturing industry. It automates the delicate yet firm snap-fit pressing of male and female plastic cassette housings used in rapid test kits such as Covid-19, Malaria, Dengue, Pregnancy, and Troponin tests.

The system utilizes non-marking Food-Grade Rubber Rollers, a high-durability PVC Belt, an anodized Aluminium Profile Structure, and a geared motor drive with variable frequency speed regulation.

With an integrated Precision Height Adjustment Mechanism, operators can recalibrate the pressing gap in seconds to accommodate various cassette thicknesses, ensuring 100% complete snap locking without crushing internal nitrocellulose test strips.
