The OD Greasing Machine by Tri-Dot Solution automates the critical outer-diameter (OD) lubrication process for automotive brake system bodies. In brake manufacturing, improper, deficient, or excessive greasing leads to seal degradation, contamination, and premature brake failure.

Our machine features a micro-metered Grease Dispensing Unit, a precision Component Fixture with 360° rotational or radial coverage, and an automatic Pneumatic Safety Shutter operated via air cylinders to protect operators and keep the work environment completely oil-free.

Delivering consistent, calibrated grease volume per stroke, this SPM achieves a lightning-fast cycle time of just 6 seconds per component.
